Booking a castle to hold your wedding may be a trifle cumbersome but sand castle tea lights will do just fine as fairy tale wedding favors. Your guests will be touched by the romance of the evening with these favors even if your dinner venue is a hotel.
Choosing a theme for the wedding party is a creative trend. Fairy tale love needs fairy tale wedding themes. All balls have guests arriving in their carriages. Why not gift 'enchanted carriage' boxes for guests to take home too. You can fill these boxes with almonds, chocolates or other goodies. Adding some intricate scroll work won't cost you much either.
Speaking of carriages, undoubtedly the Cinderella theme is the most popular. Match the theme with special Cinderella carriage design curio showpieces. Intricately crafted of durable white resin embellished with brilliant rhinestones, carved flowers and silver painted accents, these carriages do not vanish when the clock strikes twelve!
For $2 a piece, your fairy tale wedding favors can be a little more in keeping with the times. How about keepsake antique getaway cars flashing the 'in Luv' license plates? Your guests will feel like royalty with these fairy tale wedding favors.
You may have decided to individually greet your guests by giving them a fairy tale wedding favor. Again, in the Cinderella theme, you have elegant wedding shoe candle favors moulded in white wax. It looks awesome with intricate filigree work. No guest will fail to display these candle slippers in their living room for years afterwards. Cinderella wedding favors come as carriage candles too.
Handing out favors sometimes takes up too much time from what you would rather spend chatting with people or taking care of other things on the agenda. Placecard holders, in such cases, make for apt favors. In keeping with your fairy tale wedding theme, choose favors that double up as place cards holders. There is a whole range of these from silver tea pots, silver chair boxes to heart-shaped glass coasters and silver photo frames.
It needn't all be about princes and princesses though. Get more peppy with a blushing gingerbread bride or groom and possibly more realistic with these gingerbread candle favors. You can add personalized tags to the set of gingerbread couple in acetate boxes. Heart and star stage inserts tied bound with satin ribbons in chocolate color add to their charm.
Other great fairy tale wedding favors can be made with silver bells, bottle stoppers, bookmarks, silver hearts etc. Keep the flavor of the evening alive in the hearts of your guests long after the event with carefully chosen fairy tale wedding favors. Your guests are sure to keep praying for everlasting love for you every time they look at the favors you have so lovingly given them.

When we talk about centerpieces this are mostly the decorations you put on tables for your guests where they usually eat. Let them have a wonderful meal with beautiful table around them which will not make them boring. The most common used centerpieces are flowers and candles which I think you should definitely use, but be careful on how you use them, which ones and how many of them, this are the most important steps you must be careful when placing your wedding reception centerpieces on tables.
Here are some tips to help you arrange your centerpieces:
size of the table - don't use too many centerpieces on a small table. Make it look simple and beautiful by adding maybe one or two flowers with candles on a table for four persons.
don't use just flowers and candles - why? Because there are so many different centerpieces which you can buy. From different ice sculptures and castle centerpieces which are really beautiful.
be careful on height - don't use too high centerpieces like candles. Use small ones; as a matter of fact you can use floating candles also!
don't use only centerpieces - use also different decorations like photos of the couple.
You have so many options when making your reception look perfect and wedding reception centerpieces are the main factor to help you out so be careful and take some time to arrange all that. Good luck!
We give only good tips and we offer only most beautiful centerpieces on our wedding reception centerpieces site. Also with best wedding reception centerpiece ideas to take a look at for free.

Personalize Your Wedding Ceremony By : Jasmine MacDonald
Here are some ideas to make your wedding ceremony unique:
Burn incense - this will give the ceremony an exotic feeling.
Have children give each female guest a flower such as a single carnation.
Have the Bridal party blow bubbles as you leave the ceremony.
As you are walking to the alter, stop by your mother's seat and give her a kiss and a rose.
As you leave the alter (with your new husband), do the same for your new mother-in-law.
Or simply hand a rose to each or your mother's as you leave the church during the recessional.
Line the window sills with votive candles.
Wrap greenery or tulle around the columns.
Light a Memory Candle to honor a loved one who is deceased.
Ask the clergymember to exchange places with you during the ceremony so you can face your guests.
Light Candles of Peace - Have your ushers (or children) hand out candles to each guest as they are seated. After lighting the Unity Candle, the bride and groom walk to the first pew (on their sides of the church). With their own candles, they each light the candle of the first guest in the first pew, who lights the candle of the person next to him/her, till all the candles are lit.
Write your own wedding vows or read poetry. (Do not let your fiance see the vows before the ceremony!)
Sip from two goblets of wine to symbolize the joy and sorrow of life.
Welcome guests with music outside the ceremony site - for example you could have bagpipes or a classical guitarist.
For indoor music you could have a harpist or a flutist.
Hang a wreath on the door of the ceremony site.
Ask a friend to sing a special song during the ceremony.
During the ceremony publicly acknowledge your parents by thanking them for their love and support.
Have children ring bells.

Warm up your winter wedding with elegant accents from The Knot Wedding Shop’s Winter Wedding boutique.
The Christmas season brings alive a childlike anticipation in many people, whether they are young or old. Christmas is a magical, meaningful time, not only do Christians celebrate the birth of their savior, but it is a time when friends and family gather to make memories. A Christmas inspired wedding incorporates the splendor of the winter season and also brings the warmth of the holiday to all aspects of the day. With Christmas so popular in many retail stores, brides are not limited by traditional wedding vendors, as they can complete much of their shopping in non-traditional methods. Here are some ideas to bring the beauty of Christmas to your wedding.
The Ceremony
Decorating your ceremony location for a Christmas theme can be easy. If you are holding the ceremony in a church, most likely their altar flowers will coordinate with the season. Check with your priest or minister, to find out what decorations the location will have on display that day, many will have trees and/or wreaths decorating the church. For pew bows, pick colors of the season – red, white, green. Have your flower girl toss red, white or green leaves, or a combination of the colors. Dress up your unity candle ceremony with red tapers, a red candle, or a white candle with red and green accents. Alternatively, you can perform a sand unity ceremony with the season’s colors.
The Reception
Think of your reception location as a giant room in your home that you are decorating for Christmas. Table linens can be in the traditional Christmas colors, and accents can either be in your choice of gold or silver – or even both, remember the song silver and gold?
Centerpieces can be fun to design! You can have mini trees all decorated – ornaments included. Put under the tree your favors – wrapped as mini presents. You could do a traditional floral arrangement with reds and greens as well. Or fill a bowl or vase with ornaments in reds and greens. Another idea is to create a village – one piece on each table, with lights and animation. Tape a small present box under one chair at each table to see who gets to take the centerpiece home with them.
Your wedding cake could be in the shape of presents, or could be the traditional white cake with red and green accents. Your signature drinks of the evening – white, cranberry and green apple martinis!
Christmas Wedding Favors
Edible favors are very popular and what is more Christmas-y than these red, white and green, Eat, Drink and Be Merry Wedding Favor boxes which include snow capped chocolates? The boxes are wrapped in red satin ribbon and are finished with a holiday martini label with the quote “Eat, Drink, and Be Merry-ied”.
Snow globes are also a very traditional decoration of the season and also make unique Christmas wedding favors. A traditional wedding favor for Christmas weddings are ornaments, there are many places where you can engrave ornaments or add your picture or special message to them.
If you would like to give a more standard seasonal favor which will appeal to everyone, give out snowflake inspired wedding favors, which will be used by everyone no matter which holiday they celebrate.
