Saying I do is making a commitment. Committing to never give up even when you may not agree. Saying I do is binding yourself in a vow to someone and taking on the responsibility and accountability of doing your best in the relationship.

You should also be loyal to yourself in order to be loyal to the person you're saying I do to. Saying I do doesn't mean that things will always be easy but it does mean that you are committing yourself to the relationship during easy and/or hard times.

Sadly to say, those words are taken quite lightly these days because most people don't want to remain committed when the hard times approaches. They don't realize that when they make it through the hard times together, their relationship is strengthened.

When you are in front of the person who will perform your wedding, you anxiously and nervously wait to say your vow to the one you love. You should say I do to the groom because:

Love

This should be the first and main reason that you say, "I do". However, take the time to learn one another first. It may eliminate some problems in the future and you won't be to upset when you find out that he really does squeeze the toothpaste tube in the opposite place that you do.

Commitment

This is an important reason to say, "I do" to the groom. Remember your vows in months and years to come just to remind yourself of your commitment. When you're committed to yourself first, it is easier to be committed to someone else.

Energy

Just as it takes a commitment to say I do to the groom, it also takes commitment to say I don't to fat. On your wedding day you want to look the best that you possible can. It's not all just about how you look, but it's also about your health. When you have extra fat to deal with, your energy level drops. Excess fat decreases your energy.

Heart Health

Losing fat improves heart health. Losing just 5 to 15 percent of your weight can lower your chances for developing heart disease or having a stroke. Weight loss also improves blood pressure, as well as triglyceride and cholesterol levels.

When you say, "I do" to the groom. Make a commitment to yourself and say, "I don't" to fat. Make a commitment to improve your health and to be the best that you can.
