Nail It!

Posted by Doncrack

When summer rolls around it's time to get out the toes from underneath those big wooly socks and spruce them up a little. May I suggest a super bright, fun nail colour from Zoya? The colours are simply delicious and I'm loving the neon yellow (Pippa) and neon pink (Ali). With a LBD (little black dress) or mix and matched with colours galore your all important tootsies and fingers will be happy chappies! Visit www.zoya.com.au to view all the colours and to find a stockist. RRP $17AUD each or $90AUD for all 6!

Event Insurance

Posted by Doncrack

One thing you don't think about is having insurance on your wedding day. I mean, think about it. You have it on your house, your car, your health, your life.

But what about insuring a party. Have you thought about that... if you answered no, you probably should and here is why...

You insure things for events that you can't think about, not necessarily for things you can. For instance - you are probably a 20-something, or even a 30-something, you don't think about dying... but what if you did... that's why you have life insurance.

You are having a wedding, the biggest day of your whole-wide-life! Probably the most expensive party you are throwing to this day. What if something happens... something big... or something not so big.

What If's:

  • Your reception venue burns down
  • Your photographer has a tragic accident
  • All of your images from your photographer are stolen from their car after your wedding
  • You caterer goes out of business the day before your event
  • Your florist forgets about your wedding
  • Your ceremony site is eaten by a massive sink hole the day before your wedding
  • Your guests get ridiculously drunk and cause major damage to your reception facility
All of these things have happened! And almost all of them can be fixed at the last minute, but what if... what if... what if! It's not about what we can plan for, it's about what we can't plan for.

That is why you have event insurance... We love WedSafe, it's very reasonablely priced, and can really cover your ass...ets.

Because it's about you, andthe details, and what you aren't thinking about. So now, you won't have to think about it.

How I wonder what you'd look like on my little tootsies! An evening engagement that requires an amazing dress will also require an equally amazing pair of shoes. Although, these aren't just shoes, they are works of art by the ever amazing Roberto Cavalli. You may be thinking 'these shoes aren't art. This girl is crazy!'. I am a firm believer that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. How I'd love to be holding these! Available online at www.net-a-porter.com or visit www.robertocavalli.com to browse his collections.

wedding portraits in Paris

Couple portrait paris, paris portrait session, wedding in Paris, boudoir photographer
I went on a walk in the afternoon with Jennifer and Robert who got married at the Trocadero in "Paris, city of love".
We headed down to the Eiffel tower , the carousel, on to the Alexandre III bridge and the Place
de la Concorde for a few memorable photographic moments. Here are a little preview and a few photos of this "Paris portrait session". The light was just beautiful on this late Parisian afternoon.
Very Nice ...
I feel so privileged to be able to make a living as a "wedding photographer in Paris".

The stylish yet understated new collection retains the intrinsic brilliance of crystal with each stem featuring the simplicity of a clear bowl paired with a Waterford Crystal signature cut focused on the foot of the glass.
